Laelia: December, Month 2

Laelia's second month included a lot of firsts....

First trip to the mountain so we could ski on opening day, Dec. 4....she was just 4 weeks old!

This wasn't a first, but Grampa Steve came to visit again!

Christmas Day: Lunching in the base lodge. Skiing on Christmas is a Pappenfus family tradition, and it wasn't going to stop just because we had a 6 week old baby!

Laelia was a big squeaker in her early days. I tried to capture it on film, but this is only a small sampling of how squeaky she really was!

Laelia's First Month

So I've sat down a couple of times to get this done without any success at all. I've decided not to write anything but picture captions to finally get it finished!

Mia was Laelia's first visitor, and she's a happy grandma indeed! First car ride....and looking tiny in her car seat!
